In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. my painting 'The Bus of Shame' will be in display on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Clovis Veterans Memorial Building, 453 Hughes Ave., Clovis, Calif. (Hughes & 5th St.) for the Community Breakfast, starting at 9:00am.

2010- 2011 PTA Reflections Program judging at the Fresno Arts Council

My loooong week ended up at the Fresno Arts Council where I and 4 other persons had to judge over 60 works by students of the Fresno Unified School District for the 2010-2011 PTA Reflections program. An exhibit with my young fellow artists will be held at Arte Americas, downtown Fresno on Saturday, January 15, 2011. More pictures here.

Karen has been making jewelry, thinking about jewelry and involved in jewelry business for the past three years. Her magnificent and one-of-a-kind handmade pieces (with natural earthstones, crystals shells,recycled and ocean glass) are the perfect personal adornment that complements the unique persons who wears them.
